GYMNASTICS!
This week we will be working on the tuck and straddle. We will be teaching how to sit in a tuck position, how to sit in a straddle position, and how to sit in a pike position. We will also be learning how to do a tuck or front roll (also known as a somersault) as well as a straddle roll and Gandhi roll. We will also be attempting bridges.
